Apple will launch its first augmented reality (AR) glasses by the second quarter of 2020. A reliable source tells.
Slash Apple reported earlier that Apple is working on its own AR Glasses but then we heard that the company has shelved the idea of manufacturing it although there were snippets of code in iOS 13 showing support for augmented reality device.
Ming-Chi Kuo of TF Securities has reported that Apple AR Glasses will go into mass production as early as the end of this year.
This augmented reality device will serve as an accessory to the iPhone for computing and networking.
Ming-Chi Kuo has forwarded the timeline to the second quarter while before he predicted the tech to be released by the mid of 2020.
Apple is also said to release the 2020 iPhone with an iPhone 4 inspired design. The upcoming flagships will also be equipped with 5G.
The story is still in the rumor phase and the predictions made here will only be proved once Apple makes the official announcement.
